1 stick margarine
1 c. peanut butter
1 (12-oz.) pkg. chocolate chips

CHRISSIE'S "SISSIE TIME"

you, your family or friends
1 movie of your choice
1 bag extra butter microwave popcorn

chilled soda
comfortable place to sit in a darkened room

Place movie (we often watched animated feature films or Anime) in DVD or VCR player. Pop popcorn in microwave according to directions. Pour hot popcorn in large bowl. Pour chilled soda (Chrissie and I drank Cherry Coke) in glasses with ice. Gather friends or family and sit in comfortable place. Enjoy movie.

Note: This one is something that Chrissie enjoyed and it is kind of a recipe for happiness.

ALPO FOR MIKE

Cut the leftover veggies into small pieces and saute for a few minutes in a frying pan. Add eggs to the mixture (generally 2 per person) and stir and fry until eggs are consistency desired. Top with grated cheese (any kind you have works) and serve immediately. Left overs can be saved and rolled in a flour tortilla and reheated in a microwave...instant burrito! Serves: A many as you need to feed; depends on the amount of veggies and eggs you use.

Note: When the kids came to eat, they looked at the conglomeration on their plates and asked "What is that?" For lack of another name to give it, I told them it was Alpo and it was their breakfast. Mike and I made it many times over the years after that and depending what we had leftover from the night before, was always different.Cream Cheese Frosting
