JOZSEF'S YUMMY SALMON FILLET

onion powder
garlic powder

salmon fillet
lemon/pepper seasoning
fresh garlic

You put some canola oil, or any kind of oil in the bottom of a frying pan. Let it get really hot. Add your thawed out salmon fillet, and let it cook. When it is almost done, put some cut up fresh garlic on it, and even stuff it inside the salmon, as well as some garlic powder, lemon pepper seasoning, onion powder, and whatever seasonings you like. Take it out and you have got a great main dish for any meal. It takes about 15-30 min. to cook, depending on how hot you have it. He always let his cook real fast. He said it was best that way!!!

Note: I had never tried salmon before I got with Jozsef. He fixed it for us, and I loved it!! I have it all the time now. Thank you hun for the wonderful recipe!!!
